Fun Fact: Even though Polynesians lived on Hawaii for a great many years, the pineapple is not native to the Hawaiian Islands. In fact, pineapples did not appear there until 1813. Don Francisco de Paula y Marin, a Spanish advisor to King Kamehameha, brought the famous fruits back with him.

Home Grown

The magic is in the soil!

The Hawaiian islands are full of volcanoes. The volcanic soil is highly beneficial to growing coffee because it is full of rich minerals that encourage healthy coffee trees.

Rain is a common occurrence on the islands, producing not only water for the plants to survive, but shade from the sun for periods of time. There seems to be the perfect balance of sun, rain, low winds and mild nights.

These conditions contribute to the amazingly aromatic coffee found right here in Hawaii! Enjoy a delicious cup of Hawaiian brew!
